I've been able to control my gout WITHOUT medications. I use 2 standard Capsules of Ground Celery Seed per day (with extras on days when I know I"ve eaten high sugar, or high protein - foods rich in purines.) You can also work with NONSweatened Cherry Juice to alleviate the symptoms of gout.
