You need to see a doctor. I understand your money circumstances right now is very hard but the induration on your spine is not a very good sign and can cause alot of damage to your CNS (central Nervous System) when is the being of all your nerves into your entire body that sends transmissions to your brain to tell you if you are in pain or not. That can very well be the cause of the problems in your feet and the headaches it is very important for you to have an x-ray done before it gets worse, or could be a possible tumor which can either spread or cause more damage. Early detection of problems is easier for you to take care of the situation before it gets out of hand.
Hope this helps

Some hospitals offer a sliding scale payment arrangement for services provided, this scale is based on your income for payment. Of course pay scales vary depending on income. Health care is costly and I will tell you what I would tell my loved one- see a Dr. I'm not sure of your situation, such as disability, unemployed or no insurance offered at work but if possible I would seek insurance through employer or see in to a personal medical policy, or maybe you qualify for medicaid? Good luck to you and I hope you have some in insight now on what to do.

Yes, gout can cause potential nerve damage in the feet. The hot-water sensation may be peripheral neuropathy.
Tophi can also develop around joints as a result of gout, including around the spine. You may want to read more about tophi in the article below.

Since I don't know your age, health history (other than the gout), medications you may be taking, or even your family history of diseases, I can't make further suggestions.
Don't be afraid of going to the doctor. All of your signs and symptoms may be related to your gout, which is certainly treatable.
