hey girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

hey girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?i have been trying to get with my bff for ever but i guess she doesnt like me so i have been trying to go out with some one but the thing is all these girls always say no all the time and dont give me a chance and it is really hard to gout with some where i live cause i live in vegas and these girls are hella stuck up and dont like guys like me but only like me when they need help so i guess i have to lose weight.

i weigh like 235-240 im 6'3 and im 18 so what i need to no is how much do i need to lose cause i have the face but not the body and thats kinda weird so how can i lose wight fast and how can i gain muscle fast cause im getting sick and tired of always getting no all the time.

so please anything would help i just need to find some cause im sick and tired of always sitting in the dark and drinking and getting into fights for people.

do 30 minutes of cardio 5/7 days a week and lift weights for another 30 on those days...if you can...try to do 60 minutes of exercise everyday...but if you can't at least try 4 or 5 days. also eat lots of veggies and fruits. say away from junk and too many carbs.

Losing weight won't just do it. Maybe you're asking the girls the wrong way? Sure having a cut body looks great and can get you girls in the short term but those girls will be shallow and not worth your time. Try working more on your personality and what you do, not how you look.

Though I will give you tips on how to lose weight and gain muscle. Start working out 4 times a week (monday, tuesday, thursday, friday). Lift upper body mondays and thursdays and lower body tuesdays and fridays. Do some type of cardio and ab workout everyday. If you want specific lifts and stuff, let me know.

Also start eating healthier which is easy to do. Drink lots of water, stop drinking soda and alcohol if you do drink. Also drinking 3 to 4 cups of milk a day is great. Stop eating fried foods and any type of junk food (candy, chips, etc.). Eating whole wheat breads, chicken, tuna, turkey and any types of meat that are sufficient in protein and low in fats are great. Eat 5 to 6 smaller meals per day instead of 3 bigger meals. That will help keep your metabolism up.
