How do I stop this inflamation on my joints it hurts so much.My doctor says I have gout/anthritis?I have changed my diet I don't eat red meat or drink alcohol. I am taking colchicine and indocid but there is no change. recently I inject diclofenic 75mg daily with no ease. I am not too old to have this disease as I am only 45 years young.

anyone can have arthritus and they dont do anything for my pain either. you have to live with it.

http://www.arthritis.org/ They would certainly know anything, especially new things to help with arthritis. "Motrin" is good to also help slow the inflammation process. Best of luck to you.

Anthritis... arthritus- who cares... we all know what you both are talking about...
Ask your doctor why it's not getting any better.

it took several years to deteriorate, it will take some time to heal. eat well to supply the body with necessary nutrients. light low impact aerobics.

If you are 45 this is the time for taking regular exercise in the morning at 4.30 am. You have to see sun rise every morning. Have medical check many often too.
