What's the normal level of Uric Acid in Human Blood?I have 7.2 units of Uric Acid in my blood sample. Doctor says it a high level. What's the normal level?

I have stopped egg, meat, beans like high protein diet. What else I have to do?

How may days it may take to come down in normal level? Is this a serious one?

Normal values 3.0 mg/dl-7.0mg/dl though values may vary from lab to lab.

Avoid alcohol; aspirin, caffeine, Vit. C.
Don't exercise excessively, drink plenty of water to flush the kidneys & liver.

I don't know how many days it takes to return to normal,,,but according to other conditions & tests, it usually take 2-3 months.

Most common condition is gout an arthritic condition which usually affects the big toe with pain, redness & warmth.
NSAIDs can reduce pain.
