Your family doctor. If you definitely have many episodes of gout, then go to a rheumatologist who treats the different forms of arthritis.

Just a general family doctor is fine.
Heads up: even if your uric acid is deemed in an acceptable range, you can still have gout. Happened to me.
If you have pain in your big toe, knee, or some other joint, it could be gout.
You need to do 2 things: help your body get rid of the uric acid, and take anti-inflammatories to help with the pain.
Best of luck to you!
