What should I make my dad for breakfast? (He has severe gout.)?Anyone who knows anything about gout should answer. I was wondering if I could use vegetarian sausage and make gravy with the oil that comes off it? Would that be okay? I know that pork is really bad for my dad, but he loves it. Would something like Gimme Lean cause a gout attack?! Thanks. I was also going to make eggs and pancakes.
