Water, Tylenol pain reliever, and cherries. Plus there are also over the counter drugs you can get with a prescription that help stop uric acid. Please be careful walking around. Drink a lot of water so that the uric acid passes. Also, it is said that and I can tell you this is true that even the slightest breeze of air can cause pain on the affected joint. Also, be aware that red meat and fatty foods will keep the gout in affect. You should try getting your protein from peanut butter instead of meat. Avoid fast food chains and just stick to a balanced diet. Do not by any idea take aspirin if you have gout it will make it worse by causing a throbbing pain. Also, be aware that gout doesn't just affect the big toe, it also affects any other joint in your body. Be cautious to know that you may have a flare up a week later after the gout has gone away. This is a common side affect, so also do go to a doctor to check your blood.
Ms know it all
You need to take medication or supplements to reduce the level of uric acid in your body. I would highly recommend a product made by Megacare Inc. called DePurine it worked great for me in a short time. Check their website bellow.
