is there any natural cure for arthritis. I am in so much pain and?

is there any natural cure for arthritis. I am in so much pain and?find myself reaching occasionally for anti inflammatory drugs.

This killed my mom essentially..she took Motrin for arthritis and it damaged her kidney ad she wound up on dialysis which made her suffer so much,. It also increases chance of heart attacks 30 times. This lead her to have 9 heart attacks in one year, the last one killing her in great agony 6 months ago.

I am fearful of going sown the same road.

Is there anything I can do to reverse and cure arthritis or at least help it (I also have gout) and what can I take alternatively for pain. (do not say weed please)

There's no natural cure, sadly.

Take some advil or tylonal!
It should help the pain..

Drinking tea with willow bark in it can help (make it tasty with licorice or raspberry)

I've had rhumatoid arthritis since I was 2. My doctor told me to keep active, to keep joints moving. There are also glucosamine tablets that you can take *from the naturals section in any drug store. I hear it works wonders. But for now, I'd rather go through the pain. I just go for hot showers to releive any pain, when it gets bad, I take Advil.

* Vitamin C, 200 milligrams a day.
