Normally you only realise that you have Gout when one of your joints swells up.
This is commonly the Big Toe or Elbow.

It is caused by a buildup of Uric Acid in your bloodstream.
Mostly men suffer from gout rather than women.

Your Big toe can swell up to 2 or 3 times its normal size.
