Bad chicken or more ominous?

Bad chicken or more ominous?When I eat chicken, I get a bad gut-ache about 8-10 hours later, followed by about an hour on the throne. Other people around me eat the same chicken but do not get ill. This has happened frequently. I even boiled it for 30 minutes, but still happens, basically ruling out salmonella. Turkey and other fowl do not do this. Is this some freak variation of gout? What else? I am in decent shape, WM, 40's. Never had a problem until recently, maybe last 12 months or so.
