Why do I have crystals in my uric acid?

Why do I have crystals in my uric acid?I dont have gout. Other than that my test results are great. In my 30s. I work out a lot and eat pretty healthy.

Did you see a doctor? Allow them to make a diagnosis. It could be dangerous relying on information here. Healthy people often have only a few crystals in their urine. A large number of crystals, or certain types of crystals, may mean kidney stones are present or there is a problem.
