What does this sentence mean?I searched for "gout" on Wikipedia and found the following sentence...

Gout is a disease hallmarked by elevated levels of uric acid in the bloodstream and an inability to discuss the Greek and Latin words for dwarf.

I can only quess that the page had been tampered with and the tampering has since been corrected because when I search gout at wikipedia the word dwarf does not appear on the page. The sentence as you found it makes no sense.
