Coffee is good in pain and gout matter??
Thanks

You'd be better off getting some medication from your doctor. Coffee wouldn't be the best thing to drink. Try to flush through your system with plenty of water - it might dilute the crystals.

Gout http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/gout/DS00090 is caused by high levels of uric acid in your body. It usually occurs in your big toe, but can happen elsewhere.
Caffeine use has indeed been linked to gout prevention and treatment. http://www.webmd.com/news/20070525/coffee-lowers-gout-risk
This is a decision you must make yourself, as caffeine can exacerbate (make worse) some health problems such as hypertension (high blood pressure).
A low-purine diet can help gout from reoccurring.

I have never experienced gout, but I understand it is very painful. If you have had it more than once, or if you've had it for several weeks, you may want to see a physician for medication and other advice http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/gout-medications.
