No.
Apple Cider Vinegar is simply a good cleansing aid, so it helps your body to work more efficiently over time, but it doesn't "cure" anything. The reason people get the benefits that are claimed by it (weight loss and all that) is because it helps to cleanse toxins and other bad stuff out of your system so that your body is able to work more efficiently the way it's supposed to... and your body actually "cures" itself.

No. Most of the claims are pure BS. There is no truth to them.

There is no such thing as a "cure-all" except perhaps prayer. However, apple cider vinegar is beneficial in such a wide spectrum of ills that if anything deserves the title, it might well be.
It is rich in potassium and other associated trace minerals. It is often successful against staph and strep. There are documented cases of it helping in high blood pressure, dizziness, obesity, chronic headache, chronic fatigue, low stomach acid in older people, diarrhea, mucous colitis, diverticulosis, Chrohn's, nausea & vomiting.
The acid in vinegar helps to make minerals more assimilatable, especially calcium and iron in leafy greens like spinach.
Externally, it helps with itching and burning in Shingles, kills ringworm, relieves varicose veins and stops the pain of sunburn. Diluted, it helps to restore the natural Ph of skin after washing with soap.
Other vinegars are also beneficial but perhaps not so well researched, such as wine vinegar and Kombucha. They are all naturally fermented foods so are healthy for the gut - an early source of probiotics.
