Gout is swelling of joints usually caused by a diet that is TOO rich.
Reduce the rich foods in your diet, take pain relievers for the time being, and it will reduce or even go away.

first of...find out if u really have gout....doctor will prescribe allopurinol...then u can avoid food high in uric acid
