First you have to do lifestyle modifications most important. You need to eat less fat and exercise more and more except if you have dyspnea while exercising then you have to check it with your doctor not to have Coronary artery disease. Check with your doctor also to see if you need to take baby aspirin 80mg/day one table as protective for any possible thrombus formation in your coronary areteries and ofcourse you need to have regular check ups for your cholesterol and LDL levels must be<100mg/dl in your case so pay a visit to your doctor and get your heart checked also check your blood pressure for hypertension. Goodluck

I am not judging you , but your obesity is the problem NOT cholesterol
Familial Hypercholesterlemia affects only .05% of the population.
Levels above 350 mg/dl
And even in these people who have a real disease UNlike hypercholesterlemia, studies have shown that large reductions of cholesterol levels in patients with FH were NOT followed by large reductions in their obstruction
FH patients have a defective cholesterol metabolism but cholesterol is NOT the cause of their obstructions
Dr. Ravnskov talks about this in his book wghich is given away free on his site

Orignal From: FAMILIAL hyperlipidemia & gout. now 30, history of family cardiac accidents.?
