Anyway, I'm looking for some suggestions, personal experience, websites, food for a Diet plan. I'm 5'7" about 173, probably 10 pounds overweight.
I was diagnosed with Kidney Disease last year, about 36% functional.
I also have Gout, flare ups affect my left big toe.
I've had High Blood Pressure since I've been 18.
I also have Acid Reflux.
I'm trying to figure out a diet taking into consideration all of my "problems".
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

I think you'll need to do some more tests to figure out why you have gout... I'm sorry I can't help you with the other things. However, a friend of mine who used to think he got gout from excessive drinking, recently discovered after proper tests, that it was from takeaway food and ready meals... it was the MSG! Might be a good thing to start there... just steer clear from takeaways and readymeals. You're not falling apart! If you start thinking like that, you will.. stay positive and you'll get back on track. Best of luck to you.

It's mainly about what you have to REMOVE. Here goes - Wheat/dairy/red meat/alcohol/caffeine/soda/all cereals except rice crispies/all fruit except bananas. Avoid artificial sweetners - You get poisoning from them.
Buy a water filter. Take a multivitamin.

Reading this question, you have symptoms of taking PPI acid blocking drugs. A couple of the hundreds of side effects include high blood pressure and damage the kidneys which includes renal failure. Of course i am just guessing but if you are, there are major health risks from acid blocking drug. My mother took PPI's for many years, suffered dozens of severe side effects and almost died from it.
If your high blood pressure is not from the acid blocker, then minimizing sugar and eliminating artificial flavours are very good for obtaining a relatively normal blood pressure. Replacing carbohydrates with healthy fats will also help control your blood pressure. For kidney disease, reducing salt in the diet is essential. Avoiding toxins is essential. Toxins are everywhere in a supermarket..food additives, preservatives, sodium nitrate...a long list. Check out the food additives to avoid and the kidney diet on the links below.
I did a lot of research for my mother and found nearly everyone with acid reflux has LOW stomach acid. So taking acid blockers is worsening the situation by lowering already low stomach acid and preventing absorption of nutrients. Digestive enzymes supplements (from plants) with each meal are brillant...it's why my mother is still alive.
Throwing away the acid blocker nexium, and taking digestive enzymes (with betaine hydrochloric acid for protein meals and without for non protein meals) saw her GERD and LPR vanish within 2 weeks (after 5 years), within 3 months blood pressure was, and still is, better than optimal and gastritis 80% better so far (after 25 years). Digestive enzymes break down food so acid problems don't occur. The betaine hydrochloric acid helps increase stomach acid and digest protein. As for gout, eat cherries, vitamin C and the herb devils claw...all help lower uric acid which causes gout.
