where, how and when did my weather proverb orginiate?My proverb is: People who have chronic aulments such as arthritis, gout, rheumatism and even corns ca predict a change in weather by the increase of their aches and pains.

That is a proverb because it is true! The changes in barometric pressure affect the joints hence the onset of pain.
