How do i stop the gout pain?My hands, Hips and knees pain a lot specially in the morning please help

I have gout too, Ive been told to eat alot of cherries but I can never eat enough to help me, I would try going to a health food store and see what they have to offer that might help.

do you drink coffee tea or alcohol? my dad has gout in his big toe and the doctor told him to drink lots of water and very little or no tea soda or alcohol
