if your able to walk, try just walking.... youd be suprised how much weight that'll drop... goodluck!

i weighed 279 pounds at one time at my life. I was going to die. So I drank alot of water and started walking. I could Only make it like a 100 yards before sitting down but i did it. I'm now down to 138 pounds :) good luck!

M8 walk as much as u can. Eat healthily and walk on a treadmill wen wachin tv good luk

Best exercise is a regular exercise. Probably it would be ok to try programs that work and that have quality guidance.
torn MCL? it could help functional training that you can find at suggested programs...
