I don't know what is wrong with you, but nothing you listed shows any connection to the symptoms of liver failure. I see no connection to the liver at all.

The symptoms are a little vague for liver failure
there's a site (in the sources) that lists all the gout symptoms, this might give you a better idea as to if you have gout at least.
Maybe it's just arthritis since you have it in the elbow joints and other joints as well.

This sounds very much like
Plantar fasciitis. The ligament runs from
the heel to the toe on the underside of the
foot. It can also cause the foot to hurt
in the middle...like you mentioned.
Here are a couple links to read about it...just
click on them:
http://www.plantar-fasciitis.org/
https://www.google.com/health/ref/Plantar+fasciitis
You can do a few things to help this:
1. Curl your toes up as tightly as you can and
hold for about a minute, then release.
2. Stand in front of a wall (about arms length
away) and lean toward the wall with your
arms...this will stretch the ligament of the
foot some.
It sounds like you could be developing
tendonitis or arthritis of some sort
{like gouty arthritis or osteoarthritis}.
Cannot state anything about the eye socket.
Gout usually develops mostly on the side
of the bone of the big toe...so I don't believe it could be that, but considering
you have symptoms in joints of other
areas , also...it might be. You could have blood work done to see if your uric acid levels are high, which would indicate that it is gout.
Here is a link about gout that may
benefit you:

The symptoms you are having do not indicate a problem with the liver.
Hope this information is of some help to you.
