what drug one should take with or before Allopurinol?

what drug one should take with or before Allopurinol?do you know which drug should be taken with Allopurinol (anti Gout drug) to prevent the gout attack?
because use of this drug alone in the beginning of the treatment can provoke the attack as well! so a uricoseuric drug should be added, right?

I am sure it is mainly Colchicine taken with this drug, it is more for the pain and the treatment of Gout, and contains properties of prevention aswell. This does not reduce the Uric acid though, thats what your Allopurinol does.
