Gout is caused by uric acid. Uric acid is not produced by the human body. It is produced by yeast. You may have no other symptoms of yeast infecion but I gauruntee that you have yeast and that is why you have gout.
I would look into treating your self for yeast either with pharmacuticals or a natural herbs (my preference).

It takes a specialist to tell you what you want to know. I do know this about gout:
Genetic factors play a big roll since approximately one in four people with gout have a family history of the disease. In some family histories the problem lies with a missing enzyme that helps the body break down purines.
A steady diet of foods that are high in purines will break down in the body to uric acid, which causes gout. Some of these foods are for instance, organ meats, (liver, kidney's and such). Also, herring, mackerel and trout are also in there as well as beans and peas, which also contain purines, but at lower counts.
It's painful to the point where even a sheet from the bed lying on the toe can be extremely painful.
Good Luck!

Allopurinol is one of the drugs of choice for gout. It is prescription only. It inhibits the formation of uric acid, which causes gout. There is a generic formulation, and is fairly inexpensive. A one month's supply of the 100 mg tablets costs less than your cherry juice.

I wrote this answer in a previous question :
I use all of the following remedies.
But curently I use the Apple Cider Vinegar and regular celery intake as per below.
Cherry juice can work but it is full of sugar.
Eat fresh cherries.
I have a section in my Gout Aware site
http://www.gout-aware.com
Apple Cider Vinegar : 1 x tablespoon mixed with a table spoon of filtered water, make sure it is organic with "Mother" still in it , add honey to taste and take about an hour after a meal 3 times a day..this will regulate your pH levels and reduce them...clean your teeth also after using this as it stains..then after an attack reduce this to once a day.
The vinegar also helps weight control.
Drink Plenty of water ( filtered) 2 litres a day. This in its self can cease Gouty activity.
Occasionally use Baking Soda ( small amounts only and not long term due to its salt content, 1 x teaspoon with a large glass of water only in the beginning of an attack )
Celery extract and celery oil blends. ( every day )
I use 3mg celery extract with 2 mls celery oil..
always seek a medical opinion before starting any low purine diet or taking any herb or medicine.
check your medicines for side effects as there are many for any gout pills supplied by a doctor or health practitioner
