Try and keep joints as limber as possible without overdoing it.
I have worn the copper bracelets and thought they helped and the
magnet bracelets and sometimes they do helped but I know of nothing
that helps all the time. I take aspirine for pain.

The best way for her to ease the pain is to cut out a lot of the foods she eats. Cut out every thing with flour (breads, oats, wheat, pasta, etc.)
tomatoes( spaghetti sauce, ketchup, bar-b-Que)
potatoes, and citrus. Now at first cutting out all of those foods may seem painful but when you get use to it and feel the difference, you won't think twice about eating another pizza.

This is the correct answer. RA is a horrible disease and I have it. I have defeated it with glucosamine and fish oil. I also take 1 Aleve tablet every morning. 2000 mg glucosamine with chondroitin, and 3000 mg fish oil. It takes a while, but it works, and many doctors now recommend this proven cure.

my rheumatism used to be so bad i had to take lots of medications (mostly useless painkillers) and apply all sorts of ointments, liniments... Now i dont do any of those. I just take B-complex vitamins, preferable those with B1, B6, B12 and do some light but regular exercises. Make sure that these exercises dont hurt any of your joints. No Pain No Gain is definitely not true here...
