Don't eat a lot of meat or foods which breaks down into uric acid. Uric acid is the by product of meat which goes into joints and cause pain and swelling. I understand that beer is not good for you either.

You have to go out and research this and then experiment.
I use organic apple cider vinegar and water, or baking soda, or celery seed extracts.
Drink 2 litres of water a day and flush your system.
