my big toe is painful on the tip?I am diabetic terrible job with shoes, my big right toe on tip is red and so painful. Dr said it was ingrown, went to hosp they said it was gout back to dr he said take pain killers. Also my hip hurts and my joint in elbow. My reflexologist thinks it is gout because of uric acid and the tablets I am on. I am also overweight.
