IS GOUT A PAIN IN THE FOOT?I HAVE A CONSTANT PAIN IN THE HEEL OF MY FOOT WHAT CAN IT BE AND HOW CAN I GET RID OF IT?

Gout is arthritis in the small bones of your feet. It doesn't sound like you have that.

I don't know what it is but if it doesn't go away, maybe you should see a doctor.

Not always, actually it's not the main site, the main site is the first toe

it can be yes. but its a joint pain (not only in the feet.) Generally comes from bad diet and muscle weaknesses. Can be prevented by doing the opposite to the things i mentioned above.

gout occurs in the joints (most typically knees) it is accumulation of uric acid that crystalizes. If you have a constant pain in the foot it may be from a bone spur or it could be plantar facisitis both would need anti inflammatories to make them feel better.
