He has a learning disability but has some college education and no degree. He has tried so many different direction as far as employment but usually he finds he can't do the work for health reasons.
Does anyone know if he would qualify for disability or some program so that he could go back to college and get his degree.
He lives in Ill but parents are in WI. He is smart and does well in college level courses, but really bad in math and science.

I would consult your son's doctor to see if he can be eligible for disablility. Then I would consult Social Services and see if he could get some help for his schooling.

Talk to the department of health and social services, they will be able to determine if he is eligible for medicaid, medicare, disability or social security

Contact the state employment office where you live. There are retraining programs or Vocational Rehabilitation programs to transitiion into another area. I don't know about paying for college, but they work with him to give him a new set of skills that won't aggrevate his condition.

There are pills for gout if that is what it is he will have to take, then there are diet considerations he will have to live by. If he is going to file for disability he will need to see a doctor, other wise Medicaid is where he should look in the short time

How about social security? I think you can get it for health reasons but I don't know the particulars.
