I would get to the doc to get some meds, clean your diet up and drink plenty of water to relieve it. you could also try icing it if it's painful

Can you please help me with my question

gout should be treated.if untreated it can result in joint deformity. The quickest way to get rid of gout pain is to have your doctor give you a cortisone shot in the inflamed joint, which will make it vanish within moments. The concern is that cortisone can damage your body when used for extended periods of time.
Ice
When the pain of gout hits, you'll want relief, and the easiest way to get it is to put an ice pack on the painful area, as it will work as an anti-inflammatory. Plus, the cold will numb your joint to some of the pain. Use it for 15 minutes at a time.
Epsom Salts
Epsom salt is a classic home remedy that can bring quick relief to gout pain. It contains magnesium, which can help improve circulation and lower blood pressure. Add two cups of Epsom salt to a bath as it is filling and soak in the water until it cools off.
Prescription Medications
Medications, such as allopurinol, indomethacin, febuxostat or colchicine, can rid your body of uric acid quickly, though not immediately. Allopurinol and colchicine can cause side effects if taken for too long. That's why any of these medications should be taken under a doctor's direction.
Over-the-Counter Medication
Ibuprofen is an over-the-counter medication that acts as an anti-inflammatory and can help reduce the pain of a gout attack. You'll need to take four tablets to begin to feel the effects.

I do know that my daddy had gout once and he had to eat the canned black cherries in water or juice to help relieve his gout. If you can find fresh ones then that is better but I do believe it is the black ones that work to break down the uric acid. Blueberries also will do the same thing but your will have to eat either cherries or blueberries several times a day in order for them to work.

My daddy also had to drink lots of water to flush the uric acid out of his system.

I just read a couple of weeks ago that the spice Tumeric is also good for gout pain. It said it relieves and reduces the inflammation associated with gout pain. You might want to take it in pill form since the regular spice will stain your teeth yellow. I think they said in order to use the regular spice to add it to applesauce or honey in a tablespoon and putting it to the back of your throat swallow it without getting it onto your teeth. You do this several times a day. There aren't any side effects since it is a common spice.

Hope this helps.
