I got blood test results back and I have an RA Factor of 27... help!?I went to the Dr. because my big toe would not move then when I got some mobility back in it, it would grind with every movement. The grinding hurt and is loud enough to hear and it is easily felt. My dr. was unavailable so I saw another Dr. in the same office. But, at other times I also have had pains in both of my thumbs (at different times) and sometimes other fingers. I can also make most of my joints grind just by moving them a certain way including my jaw, my shoulders, my fingers, my wrists and my ankles. Even though I didn't injure my foot or toe, my Dr. did x-rays and found sesmoid bones in my foot, but they were not swollen or in areas that would create pain or grinding. My blood test for gout came back negative, but she told me my RA Factor was a 27 and anything over 20 is technically abnormal but she isn't worried about a 27. I would love some opinions.
Thanks!

The normal range for RA Factor (Rheumatoid Arthritis Factor) is 0-20 and although 27 is above the normal range it is not serious enough to warrant any undue worry or concern.
