Gout is a thing in your leg where your fluid russhes to your leg and causes it to swell.
The best way for healing is using a knee support which you can buy from anywhere really.

Gout is caused by an excess of uric acid in your bloodstream. When the concentration gets too high, the acid cannot stay in solution (i.e. as a liquid), and so it crystallises out of the blood. These needle-shaped miniscule crystals deposit into your joints, where they cause an inflammatory reaction as the body tries to get rid of the crystals.

Generally it starts in the big toe, but many other joints can be affected. The affected joint will become red, hot and swollen. But the most noticeable thing is the PAIN! It is common that even the weight of a bedsheet on the affected joint is too much to bear.

There are two issues when it comes to treating your gout. Firstly you have to deal with the immediate problem of the swelling and pain. My personal preference was to use ice packs on the affected joint to reduce the swelling, but there is a school of thought that this is a bad idea as low temperatures make it easier for the acid to crystallise and cause future problems.

Medications such as NSAIDs to reduce the swelling, and analgesics to reduce the pain can be of great assistance in the early stages.

In the long term you will also have to lower your uric acid levels to the point where the crystals stop forming. There are many ways to appraoch this, ranging from natural methods to medication. Diet is a significant contributor and cutting back on high-purine foods and acidic foods is highly recommended. If you are overweight then losing weight will also help.

According to my knowledge Gout is a disorder that results from the build-up of uric acid in the tissues or a joint-most often the joint of the big toe. An attack of gout can be miserable.
Initial treatment of an attack of gout typically includes the following:
Medications or injections are used to treat the pain, swelling, and inflammation. Foods and beverages that are high in purines should be avoided, since purines are converted in the body to uric acid. Drink plenty of water and other fluids each day, while also avoiding alcoholic beverages, which cause dehydration. Avoid standing and walking to give your foot a rest. Also, elevate your foot (level with or slightly above the heart) to help reduce the swelling.
I hope this will be helpful to you.
