Gout, bunion, or infection?

Gout, bunion, or infection?Have severe pain and swelling in and around big joint of right big toe. Anybody know how to tell what it is without spending big $ $ on dear old Doc?

sweet tooth
go to the er or your gp
you don't want it to become worse
diagnosis is not possible by brief description via internet, that's y doctors study many years and work long hours before earning the big $ $ you spend, maybe your er or free clinic or gp is a better option and you'll save money as long as it doesn't mean harming yourself or ignoring serious symptoms , you definitely sound like you need a dr.
