Can you sub chicken instead of beef in a simple spaghetti (sp) diner?My husband has Gout and red meat really hurts him. I like spaghetti but, it gets boring w/ out meat ball ETC. Do you thin I could try to replace w/ chicken?

Try ground turkey instead. It's much lower in fat and calories and you won't even know the difference.
