I often have pain in knuckles and toes?

I often have pain in knuckles and toes?I am only 27 and often have pain in my knuckles and toes. Sometimes the pain is almost unbearable when I try to grab something or walk, it isnt all the time though and that is why I havent seen a doctor which is long overdue. I had gotten tested for gout cause of a stubbed toe that hurt and stayed swolen years ago and was negative. Could this be arthritis at my age? And if so what can I do about it.

Yes, it sounds like arthritis. Go to the doctor

Arthritis can be the cause of your pain. Generally, arthritis also causes stiffness to the affected joints. This usually occurs upon arising in the morning. There is also some swelling to the joints if they are inflamed. With arthritis the affected joints are bilateral rather than unilateral as seen in gout or osteoarthritis. You need to go to the doctors immediately. He will check you RA factors to diagnose whether or not it is in fact arthritis. best of luck to you!
